Your JAMP Care™ Patient Support Program plays an important role in supporting your healthcare needs by facilitating access to medications, assisting eligible patients with financial support when needed, and providing personalized care and services. Please note: To be eligible for enrolment, to remain enrolled and to receive services from the JAMP Care™ Patient Support Program, you must be taking an eligible medication from JAMP. To this end, we recommend that you clearly communicate to your pharmacy, at the time of service or prescription refill, your choice to receive a JAMP generic for the medication you have been prescribed. It’s important to ensure that your pharmacy does not substitute your JAMP product with another generic brand if you do not wish to jeopardize your enrolment in the JAMP Care™ Patient Support Program. As a precautionary measure, we encourage you to verify the label and packaging of your medication each time you pick up your prescription to ensure that the JAMP product has been dispensed, so that you can continue to benefit from the JAMP Care™ Patient Support Program.
